Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithm architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-resistant security protocols
- Author whitepapers on quantum-computing applications in AI training optimization
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network acceleration
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Deep understanding of quantum-computing hardware limitations and optimization techniques
- Certification in quantum cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies in enterprise environments
