Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve optimization problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Author technical documentation and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance principles
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or closely related fields
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
