Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Establish quantum-classical hybrid system integration protocols
- Drive research in quantum error correction and qubit coherence enhancement
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry development
