Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing prototypes on superconducting platforms
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize classical-quantum workflows
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Track record of securing research grants/funding
