Responsibilities
- Design quantum-classical hybrid infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Develop fault-tolerant architectures for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC clusters
- Create deployment blueprints for quantum networks across 5 US data centers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant communications
- Research and implement error correction techniques for quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Proven track record of designing petascale classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
