Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of federal projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project deliverables, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between government agencies, clients, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department heads to assign tasks and resources effectively to project teams.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project performance, risks, and issues for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be eligible to obtain) a suitable background clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field within the government or public sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
