Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, facilitating clear and concise reporting.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement strategic mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Resource Allocation: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and technical resources.
- Reporting: Generate accurate progress reports and financial forecasts for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
