Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved populations
- Analyze program data and prepare reports for city council presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage grant applications and monitor program budgets
- Coordinate virtual stakeholder meetings across multiple agencies
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records using government databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government/nonprofit program management
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with federal grant reporting requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
