Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage sensitive government documents, process public records requests, and ensure data integrity within our secure remote system.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming public records requests in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Digitize and archive physical documents into our secure cloud-based database.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with the public and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
- Ensure all confidential information is handled with the highest level of security.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems to facilitate quick retrieval of records.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly administrative reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or government administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
