Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
- Ensure data security and compliance with state privacy regulations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to implement new technologies and software upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
