As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our government clients receive reliable, secure, and efficient systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and translate complex business needs into technical specifications for Federal and State projects.
- Design, develop, and implement system architectures that meet strict government security and compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues, providing technical guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and technical reports.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, preferably within the Federal or State Government sector.
- Proven experience with Remote Work environments and managing distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is a plus.
