Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screening of passengers, carry-on luggage, and checked baggage using state-of-the-art X-ray technology and metal detectors.
- Identify and mitigate potential security threats while maintaining a focus on passenger safety and customer service.
- Enforce TSA security regulations and protocols consistently and fairly.
- Assist passengers with inquiries, provide clear instructions, and de-escalate conflict situations professionally.
- Operate and maintain screening equipment in compliance with safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status (must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent vision (correctable to 20/20) and color perception.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to pass a background investigation, drug screen, and medical assessment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
