Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging tech impacts (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate AI)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Oversee implementation of innovation sprints targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and scenario modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
