Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to align visual storytelling with technical requirements.
- Optimize assets and animations for performance, ensuring seamless integration across various browsers and devices.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion assets and templates to streamline production workflows.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries (GSAP, Three.js) is a plus.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced animation skills and creative problem-solving.
