Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable design specifications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user voice.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with design sprints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
