Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Create intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications focusing on 2D interaction design.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and test functionality before development begins.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D UI/UX design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
