Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, ensuring our architecture can scale seamlessly into the future.
- AI Infrastructure: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that drive our core products.
- Cloud & Security: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud environments (e.g., serverless, edge computing) with enterprise-grade security protocols.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select emerging technology partners to integrate into our ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Analyze current bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime and high performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of MLOps, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
