Job Summary:
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain critical federal infrastructure. You will work closely with government stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet rigorous security standards and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex federal IT systems and network architectures.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols, including NIST and FISMA.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and hardware solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Document system requirements, designs, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Network Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
