Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems optimized for the 2026 computational landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced neural network models, including transformers and generative AI.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for the Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and ethical AI governance in all deployed models.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale machine learning projects from concept to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
