Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and deploy large-scale AI infrastructure and neural network architectures for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to pioneer new algorithms in reinforcement learning and multimodal AI.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in high-volume production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing production-grade machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Specialization: Proven track record in Transformer models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
