Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for upcoming AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex computations.
- Model Optimization: Research and implement state-of-the-art optimization techniques to improve model latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI usage, bias mitigation, and data privacy in all AI deployments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and integrate viable solutions into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level concepts into concrete technical strategies and product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
