Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI models focused on predictive analytics and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models and handling large-scale data sets.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
