Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI infrastructure capable of scaling to petabyte-level data sets.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models with legacy systems to ensure seamless 2026-ready transitions.
- Define technical roadmaps for the company's quantum-computing adjacent projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and edge computing deployment.
- Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in building high-performance systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions in fast-paced environments.
