Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Generative AI models and Agentic AI workflows tailored for enterprise needs.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructures.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, integrating Quantum-ready algorithms where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement rigorous MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, security, and continuous deployment.
- Drive innovation in Human-AI interaction, focusing on ethical AI and natural language processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
