Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure specifically for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to deliver breakthrough features on aggressive timelines.
- Define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for our proprietary AI ecosystem.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
