Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the optimization of LLM inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate autonomous AI agents into production workflows.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Research and prototype advanced AI techniques including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and multi-modal AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a specific focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
