- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from training and validation to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code review, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps for Project 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver innovative solutions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
