Responsibilities
- Architect and design proprietary AI frameworks and neural network infrastructures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and NLP technologies.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Optimize model inference for real-time, high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to translate complex technical visions into scalable solutions.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy standards, security protocols, and ethical AI compliance.
- Define and implement MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to successful launch.
