Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into robust production pipelines.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for real-time inference and low-latency applications.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure model reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
