Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the technical roadmap for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives, identifying key trends and technologies to integrate by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning models and data pipelines that can handle enterprise-grade loads.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure real-time accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future of technology and translate abstract roadmaps into executable code.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive boards and technical audiences alike.
