Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI/Quantum integration, advising stakeholders on feasibility and future trends in the 2026 tech landscape.
- Code Optimization: Optimize existing AI models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical environments.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum hardware (IBM Q, IonQ).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
