Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI systems integrated with quantum-ready hardware.
- Pioneer New Technologies: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and quantum algorithms to drive innovation.
- System Optimization: Design scalable, high-performance architectures that can handle massive data throughput and complex computations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product leaders and researchers to translate abstract concepts into tangible, market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive presentations.
