Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and development of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging market trends.
- Prioritize R&D: Identify high-impact opportunities in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems to drive competitive advantage.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards for AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-generation technologies, validating concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Partner Ecosystems: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and partnerships to enhance our internal capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic architecture role.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate future technological trends and translate them into strategic business initiatives.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps infrastructure.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with rapidly evolving technologies.
