- Ensure compliance with state and local government regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced knowledge of Indiana's Open Door Law and record retention policies
- Proficiency in municipal software (e.g., CivicPlus, Tyler Technologies)
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking abilities
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
