Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive zoning ordinance reviews and land use planning initiatives
- Manage environmental impact assessments and compliance with state/federal regulations

- Coordinate with county departments on infrastructure development projects

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal or county planning experience
- Proficiency in GIS software and spatial analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of Colorado land use regulations
- Excellent public speaking and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license
