Responsibilities
- Analyze traffic patterns and infrastructure data to optimize transportation systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of transportation planning experience
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills
- Familiarity with NEPA and SEPA processes
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
