Responsibilities
- Manage case dockets, filings, and judicial documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate courtroom operations and support judges during proceedings
- Process legal documents and maintain secure case records in compliance with MO statutes
- Provide authoritative guidance to attorneys, litigants, and public inquiries
- Implement electronic filing systems and maintain digital archives
- Prepare official transcripts and administrative reports for judicial review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of court clerk or legal administrative experience
- Proficiency with MO court systems (eCase, CM/ECF) and legal software
- Expert knowledge of Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure and evidence protocols

- Valid Missouri Notary Public commission or ability to obtain immediately
