Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate court records, case files, and digital documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Process and file legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, and judgments with precision and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court personnel regarding case inquiries and procedures
- Coordinate with judges, attorneys, and support staff to schedule hearings and manage court calendars
- Utilize advanced case management software (e.g., Odyssey, CourtFiling) for data entry and record retrieval
- Prepare and distribute official court orders, notices, and administrative correspondence
- Train and mentor junior clerks on court procedures and record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a court, legal, or government administrative role
- Proficiency in legal terminology, court procedures, and document management systems
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex documentation
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in Court Administration or Paralegal Studies (e.g., NALA, NCSC) highly desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Notary Public commission for the State of Arizona
