Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership to shape policy and improve service delivery for veterans nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and reporting systems to support agency initiatives.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
