Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of federal IT hardware and software systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, including FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior federal staff members.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports to senior leadership and agency stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Federal Public Trust Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in network security, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
