Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and ETL processes to support federal agency requirements.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with federal government standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and program managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
