Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and development of digital policy frameworks to enhance government efficiency and citizen engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, legal advisors, and policy makers, to implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate the impact of government programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for senior officials and ministers.
- Ensure compliance with UK data protection regulations (GDPR) and government cybersecurity standards.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles within government service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy analysis, digital transformation, or a related field within the UK public sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear policy recommendations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UK government procurement processes and digital standards (e.g., GDS standards) is highly desirable.
