Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Future Technology Strategy to lead our innovation division. In this pivotal role, you will define the technological roadmap for the next decade, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing leading up to and beyond the pivotal year of 2026.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of the technological frontier. You will drive high-impact initiatives that redefine industry standards and propel us into a new era of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Decentralized Finance.
- Oversee a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators.
- Identify and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term R&D projects.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level capacity.
- Proven track record of leading transformative technology initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
