Responsibilities
- Process complex driver's license and vehicle registration transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve high-priority customer inquiries regarding DMV policies and procedures
- Train and mentor junior customer service representatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Generate detailed performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in DMV systems and Missouri state regulations
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to process 50+ transactions daily with precision
- Valid Missouri driver's license required
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
