Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits of industrial facilities for EPA/TCEQ regulatory compliance

- Prepare detailed compliance reports and enforcement recommendations
- Coordinate with legal teams for regulatory enforcement proceedings
- Represent TCEQ in stakeholder meetings with local government and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in environmental protection
- TCEQ Inspector Certification or equivalent EPA credentials
- Advanced knowledge of federal (RCRA, CAA) and Texas environmental regulations
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting environmental data and permit conditions
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
