Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs aligned with federal regulations (CFR, DHS directives).
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for immigration enforcement systems.
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret policy changes and update procedural guidelines.
- Lead training sessions for staff on compliance protocols and ethical standards.
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including DOJ, FBI, and state agencies.
- Implement corrective action plans for compliance deficiencies.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in federal compliance/regulatory enforcement.
- Expertise in DHS, ICE, or CBP operations and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of federal procurement and grant compliance (FAR, DFARS).
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience.
- Professional certification (CCEP, CFCM) preferred.
