Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic defense initiatives and policy decisions
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise executive summaries and technical briefings
- Maintain active security clearance protocols for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in federal/government sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Active or eligible for Secret security clearance
- Proven track record with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Experience with federal compliance regulations and documentation
