Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Document methodologies and maintain comprehensive data governance frameworks
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for agency leadership and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
