Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring government agencies receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting.
- Collaborate closely with government stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive written reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the public sector or government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
