Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal government clients.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP standards.
- Lead a team of junior developers and analysts to deliver technical solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for government auditors and leadership.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and federal procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and cyber defense strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government employment.
